- Í.R.A. is a 100% voluntary organization.
The members to day are 100+.
- Í.R.A is a member of International Radio Amateur Union (IARU) and the Nordic Radio Amateur Union (NRAU).
- Annual general meeting is held once a year and on that meeting all major decisions are made for the club.
- The five member management board elected on the last annual meeting, on the 17th of May 2008 is as follows :
